“The Field of Possibilities”

Individuals or small groups.

Children and Teen designed program

The horses are wonderful teachers for self discovery, change for the better and how to become the best version of yourself.

The program is based on the client’s therapeutic or learning goals. The horses can help facilitate more awareness, trust and safety, build social and emotional skills, connection and healthy relationships.

7 sessions are specifically designed around themes that are common in our life, such as healthy boundaries and expression of feelings, healthy relationships and facing challenges.

Interacting with the horses creates the opportunity to become more aware of the habits, patterns and beliefs that may no longer serve the client and assist with the development of new or upgraded skills that can be applied in every day life.

Based on the EPI model and Meg Kirby’s Horse Wisdom program ®

Meditation in the Presence of Horses

The essence of stillness, nature and the calm presence of healthy horses can support a deeper sense of inner wellbeing for the human, which also supports the herd, the environment and human relationships.

Mindfulness movements, breath work, heart coherence techniques and meditation can assist in the regulation of the Nervous System and the development of a calm state. New insights can arrive when we learn to still the mind and be in the present moment. This is the foundation for a healthy well balanced life.

Suitable for the open minded, curious and those willing to explore meditation. No meditation experience is necessary and yet it is also suited for people who already have a meditation practice.

Develop your intuition and receive the messages from horse wisdom to be the leader in your own life.
